Advance Invoice

Example of an advance invoice (the invoice includes VAT in this example).

When approving the invoice printout, the following takes place:

The advance invoice cannot be part of a comprehensive invoice.

The Delivery Invoice (can be part of a comprehensive invoice)

Sample of a Delivery Invoice. From this invoice deductions for partial invoices are automatically made. Delivery invoices include invoicing of bases that are marked with the partial invoice type Delivery.

When approving the invoice printout, the following takes place:

If there are several invoice bases of type Delivery of the same order, it is possible to create a comprehensive invoice of these bases, however, only for this specific order number and only partial invoices of type Delivery. These invoice bases cannot be mixed with other order numbers. In the same way as for a "usual" invoice, the comprehensive invoice shall contain deductions according to the invoicing plan.

Subsequent Invoice

Functions in the same way as advance invoice printout. The difference is that the partial invoice type saved to the accounts receivable is Subsequent and that the output VAT, if any, is not booked as suspended.
