The Exact Match Search - Sales Procedure

In this procedure you can make exact match searches in the Sales module. By entering a search phrase, all customers/quotes/service orders/customer orders/blanket orders/agreements with logs containing the entered phrase will be found.

By entering several phrases separated with a space, all words will be included in the search. (In other words, space means "and").

Under the Hits (customer) heading, you will see the records that have a text log containing the search phrase.
An arrow points to the current customer. You can move the arrow by selecting another record with the cursor or using the arrow up / arrow down on your keyboard.

Under the heading Text log for selected customer, you will see the text log for the selected record.
