Fradok will be discontinued in MONITOR since DHL no longer maintains/develops that service.The Shipping Management feature in MONITOR is adapted to road transports within Sweden and to some extent also from Sweden to another country.
The Shipping Management chapter describes how to use shipping in MONITOR. Here you will also find a description of different basic settings that need to be configured in MONITOR in order to use shipping via a Transport Administration system (TA system).
There is integration for electronic notifications and sending of shipping documents using the following TA systems from Unifaun and Memnon Networks: Unifaun Online (ERP-Connection), Unifaun PrintServer, Pacsoft Online (ERP-COnnection), Memnon Apport, Web-TA, DSV e-services and Fradok (DHL)*.
