In the upper portion of the Create tab you classify and select your list. There are a number of different classification and selection alternatives you can use.
In the lower portion of the tab, under List, you decide on what you want to base your supplier rating, whether it is delivery reliability or rejects. You can select which list type you want to load and which part types you want to include in the list.
If you want to rate your subcontractors based on their delivery reliability, you can select period and format. You can also enter allowance for on-time deliveries and under work days you select which calendar you want to use.
