Critical Material

Under the Critical material tab at the bottom of the Result tab, you will see a total of all critical material. A critical material is a material with maximum difference in days in the range of orders. The Diff column is shown in bold font for critical material in the structure list.

Material is shown with a yellow symbol for P-parts and a green symbol for S-parts. You can see the material's part number, name, number of delays (caused by the material), current supplier with supplier number and name.

You can expand a material to see the manufacturing orders where the material has caused a delay. You can then see the manufacturing order number, part number (the order's main part), period when the material requirement occurs, new arrival period, difference, quantity, unit and order number.
