The Calibration Reporting Window

The Calibration window shows the equivalent information as the Calibration tab in the Update Tool procedure. Only the fields that relate to calibration/adjustment reporting are active, all other fields are greyed out.

The upper portion is where you select the tool number and entity, if applicable, before reporting. Most of the information is automatically filled in by the system, with the up-to-date information for that tool. The system calculates the next calibration date and the right color code. You basically only need to select a purchase order number or calibration location, if any, under Current calibration. The calibration value or measurements (test data) are always entered, if the tool contains calibration points.

Please Note! Under the section Cycles the value in the field Since adjustment/Since calibration will be reset when you load a special tool/measuring tool. This takes place when you save.
