Limited Terminal Access for Employees

If the setting called Terminal access was used for a particular employee in the Update Employee procedure, that employee can be denied access to record at certain terminals. The following message appears "The employee does not have access to record at the current terminal".

Exiting a Group Recording

If an employee is included in a so-called group recording performed in the Group Recording procedure and enters his/her employee number in the Recording Terminal before the group recording has been completed, the following message appears:

Confirmation to clock-out from the group recording.

If the employee clicks OK, the employee will be removed from the group, and start to record time for the work that was started before the group recording.

Automatic Clock-out at Terminal for "Work Only" Recording

If an employee forgot to clock-out and a day later enters his/hers employee number or card code at a terminal only used for work recording, and that is limited in the Terminal Settings procedure indicated above, then the following message appears:

A message indicating that automatic clock-out has been activated.

The employee must then instead go to a terminal that allows attendance recording in order to register yesterday's clock-out via so-called Automatic clock-out.
