The Workshop Info module has two main functions, which are to:
A so-called "recording terminal" works just like a time clock, where you clock in and clock out your attendance and work. A personnel register contains information about all the employees, both as regards to their personal information and their recording settings. The Workshop Info module consists of five basic sub-modules which are described below.
Employees
These procedures are related to the employee register. You can register new employees and update the information about existing employees.
Detail Planning
Here you find procedures used to replan and prioritize work orders and incorporated operations per work center. You can delegate operations to particular operators and/or force these operations to be carried out before other operations in the work center ( = mandatory). You can perform material clearance in order to make sure that the material required for an operation is available.
Recording Procedures
Here there are procedures used to record attendance and work. The Attendance List shows an overview of attendance status for all the employees, as well as the work started. Here you will also find procedures used for internal messages.
Authorize / Adjust
Procedures used to list and adjust attendance and work recording. Also procedures used to list adjustments that have been made and procedures used to export salary bases.
Schedules / Tables
Here the information that is used as the basis for attendance and work reporting is created, such as work schedules, salary types, absence codes and group settings.
