List Types

Select the list type you want to view. The following alternatives are available:

• The Standard list shows the costs divided into material, subcontracting and processing, and it also shows a column for reported indirect time. This list type also contains two columns where you can see warnings if any operations or material with rest quantity exist, or if any operation has got 0 as reported time.
• The Only total list shows the list as a total for the selected classification alternative.

When classifying by Order number you will instead of the Only total list find the following alternative:

• The Diff list shows the difference in percent between the planned and the reported costs, as well as a selected price, for example the sales price. In this list you can make exceptions for those orders where the reported values deviate a lot from the planned values. This means that these orders are not included when the post-calculation is saved to Post-calculated mean price, when classifying by Part number.
