In the Lag column the lag per operation appears in red font. Lag means the planned setup time and unit time that has not been reported as finished for the first visible period in one of the charts or in the list. You can also see the total lag underneath the column in the lower left corner of the window.
By double-clicking in the lag field, you will find the earliest period for the lag.
