Here you select what you want to show in the loading plan. Read more about these settings below:
- With E-factor - If you select this setting, the calculation will take the work center's efficiency factor into consideration. Efficiency factors are configured on work centers in the Register Work Center procedure.
- Man-hours - If you select this setting, the man-hours will be shown in parallel to the loading, under the Loading chart tab. The man-hours will be calculated and the values will be presented under the List tab. Any staffing factor exceptions for the operations are considered when calculating man-hours.
If the work center has staffing factor < 1 and you select to Show man-hours, the unit time is recalculated according to the staffing factor, but any setup time will not be affected. This also applies if you have selected the alternatives Show man-hours in the Loading / Work Center procedure and Calculate man-hours in the Orders / Work Center procedure. If the work center has staffing factor >= 1, the calculation is based on the total time (setup time + unit time).
If you select to Show man-hours, the capacity will be greyed out in this list since the capacity may have another calculation basis than the loading (when the staffing factor is < 1). However, the loading will always be calculated based on the total time.
- Only overload - If you select this parameter, only the work centers that have overloading will be included. This also applies for work centers that have overload according to accumulated difference.
- Accumulated difference including lag - If you select this setting, any possible lag will be included in the difference between the loading and capacity.
- Work center without loading - If you select this setting, work centers that have no overload at all for the moment will be included.
