This heading appears if you select the Pick list under Print. Here you will find alternatives that determine the appearance of your pick list, as well as how to save the clearance.
Sort by
This is where you decide whether to sort the list by Location or Part number. The default setting is to sort by part number, which creates a list per part. If you sort by stock location, you will provide a more rational pick list that can be used for the actual picking from stock.
Page Break
Here you can decide whether the page break should appear in the order. You can choose to have page breaks By order, By part or None.
Save Clearance Upon Printing
If you check this alternative, a part in the list will be configured as "booked". This will be saved when you print the list. If someone creates a clearance list later on that includes this part, it will be shown as "booked".
