Properties
Under Properties you can select different options for the list, depending on which list type you have selected.
- Mark operations ready to run - This option will highlight the operations in the list that are "ready to run", by showing these operations in a green italic font in the list. In the E (Earlier operation ready) column you can see a small x if reporting has been made on the "earlier" or previous operation and a large X if the earlier operation has been reported as finished. If you have activated the setting called Also show partial reported ops. when filtering by operations Ready to run, under Priority Planning under the Workshop Info tab in the Settings procedure, partially reported operations will be managed as operations ready to run.
- New page / work center - This option will insert a page break in the printout for each new work center in the list.
- Calculate man-hours - This option will perform a calculation based on man-hours. Any staffing factor exceptions for the operations are considered when calculating man-hours.
If the work center has staffing factor < 1 and you select to Calculate man-hours, the unit time is recalculated according to the staffing factor, but any setup time will not be affected. This also applies when you select the alternative Show man-hours in the Loading / Work Center and Loading Selection procedures. If the work center has staffing factor >= 1, the calculation is based on the total time (setup time + unit time).
