Finish

Here you can enter the order's finish period for the order and leave the start period field empty. You can enter the period using the formats YYWW, YYWWD or YY-MM-DD. Once you have selected the part number, a period will be suggested based on today's date plus the throughput time in work days registered for this part via saved calculations. If no throughput time has been registered, today's date is always suggested by default. Once a manufacturing order has been registered, a start period is calculated based on the parameters that apply for the loading, and the resulting date will be suggested in the Start column of the table.

When registering manufacturing orders, there is a reasonability check of finish period in past time or finish period more than one calendar year ahead. If such a delivery period is entered a warning appears.

If you have set a period term for the part in the preparation, it will be taken into account here. Read more about how terms and conditions affect manufacturing orders under Alternate Preparations and Manufacturing Order.
