Calculation Basis for the Wood Industry

Automatic saw (AS)

NQ: Enter the number of slices / work setup.

PLB: Enter 1 for particle board, otherwise 0.

FCT: Enter the factor (Number of men. You can enter decimals here).

Table mill cutter (TM)

FL: Enter the feed length in mm.

FS: Enter the feed speed (mm / minute).

FCT: Enter the factor. (Number of men. You can enter decimals here).

Wide strip buffer (WSB)

FL: Enter the feed length in mm.

FS: Enter the feed speed in mm / minute.

LQ: Enter the quantity by width through the buffer.

FCT: Enter the factor (Number of men. You can enter decimals here).

Center pin (CP)

MT: Enter the machine type: 1 = center pin drill - single, 2 = center pin drill - multi-hole, 3 = hinge mounting.

NQ: Enter the number of sides that will be drilled in the same pace. Enter 0 for machine type MT = 2.

PQ: Enter the pace quantity (piece up and down) that is needed to drill the piece.

DD: Enter the drill depth in mm.

HAQ: Hinge/attachment quantity. Enter the quantity of piece moves to mount the hinges or attachments. Enter 0 for machine type MT = 1.

HQ: Enter the number of holes.

FCT: Enter the factor (Number of men. You can enter decimals here).

Double pin (DP)

MT: Enter the feed length in mm.

FS: Enter the feed speed in mm / minute.

PQ: Enter the pace quantity (piece up and down).

FCT: Enter the factor. (Number of men. You can enter decimals here).

Automatic edging (AED)

FL: Enter the feed length in mm.

FS: Enter the feed speed in mm / minute.

PQ: Enter the pace quantity that the piece is run through the automatic edging machine.

FCT: Enter the factor (Number of men. You can enter decimals here).

Edge buffer (EB)

FL: Enter the feed length in mm.

FS: Enter the feed speed in mm / minute.

BQ: Enter the quantity (number of times) the piece goes through the buffer.

FCT: Enter the factor (Number of men. You can enter decimals here).

Cutting (C)

CA: Enter the piece's cut area in mm2.

EC: Enter 1 for edge cutting, otherwise 0.

FCT: Enter the factor (Number of men. You can enter decimals here).

Lacquer line (LL)

FL: Enter the feed length in mm.

FS: Enter the feed speed in mm / minute.

LQ: Enter the quantity by width through the lacquer line.

FCT: Enter the factor (Number of men. You can enter decimals here).

Lathe saw - plane (LP)

LQ: Enter the lathe quantity.

Vertical drill (VD)

PQ: Enter the pace quantity (piece up and down).

HQ: Enter the quantity of holes that will be drilled.

DD: Enter the drill depth in mm.

HG: Enter 1 for homogenous material, otherwise 0.

CK: Enter 1 if you must check straightness, otherwise 0.

FCT: Enter the factor. (Number of men. You can enter decimals here).

Nailing (NA)

Comment: (Length+width) x height = size. The piece quantity includes pieces up and down and pallet forward and back.

Q1: Enter the quantity of pieces <200.

Q2: Enter the quantity of pieces <500.

Q3: Enter the quantity of pieces <1000.

Q4: Enter the quantity of pieces <1500.

Q5: Enter the quantity of pieces <2000.

Q6: Enter the quantity of pieces <3000.

NQ: Enter the total nail quantity.

TQ: Enter 0 if the piece is nailed on one side and 1 if it is nailed on both sides.

Sawing (SAW)
