Invoice Type

Here you select which type of invoice that you want to register. There are four alternatives to choose from:

• 1 Debit invoice - the Accounts receivable ledger is updated with a debit amount.
• 2 Credit invoice - the Accounts receivable ledger is updated with a credit amount.
• 3.Interest invoice - the Accounts receivable ledger is updated with a debit amount.
• 4 Cash receipt - the Accounts receivable ledger is not updated.
• 5 Cash credit - the Accounts receivable ledger is not updated.
• 6. On account invoice - the Accounts receivable ledger is updated with a credit amount.
  Please note that this invoice type cannot be selected in the Register Invoices Directly procedure!
