Printout Date

Here you can select on which date the information shall be based.

• Current - displays a report as of today's date.
• Historical - available only when using the alternative Only arrived, not linked to invoice. The transaction date is based on the arrival date in the inventory log. The purpose is to be able to see the value of arrived but not linked to invoice items at a given time to reconcile the value of these records afterwards. By using the printout alternative Historical, the system will consider when the supplier invoice was linked. If for example the arrival is linked to the supplier invoice but with a voucher date after the historical date, it will not be shown as linked.
