The Configure Field Button

In the window that is opened by the Configure field button, you can configure field settings in order to match the file you are importing.

Drag the fields you want to link to columns in the text file from the left column and drop them in the right column. By using the arrow buttons to the far right, you can change the order of the selected fields to have them correspond to the order of the columns in the text file.

The fields available in the left section is determined by the selection made in the Type field, Parts, BOM list or Operations.

You can also add an empty field called <Skip> to exclude one or several columns in the file during import. The field can be added several times.

In the Save settings field you can enter a name for the field settings that will be saved as a template used for future imports. This template will then be loaded in the Name field in the procedure You can also save the settings in a general template. A template is saved, when you save the procedure. By using the Delete button to the right of this field, you can delete the selected template.
