Activity Templates

Here you enter the activity templates that you want to create. First you enter a number and a name for the activity template.

In the Type field you select type of activity. You can select the following types:

• Employee
• Part
• Agreement
• Nonconformity
• Inquiry
• Purchase Order
• Customer
• Customer Order
• Supplier
• Quote
• Project
• Blanket Order - Sales
• Blanket Order - Purchase

In the Default column you can set an activity template as default. This template will then be loaded automatically when registering new customers, parts, purchase orders, etc.

The Default column is not available for the types Nonconformity and Project. These templates are instead set as default in each respective basic data procedure.

The selected type on the template determines which activities that can be selected in the table where the activity list is created.
