Sales contains the following forms: Quote, Blanket Order, Order Confirmation, Changed Order Confirmation, Order Delivery Note, Invoice, Credit Note, Cash Receipt, Reminders, Interest Invoice, Statements, Pro Forma Invoice, Comprehensive Delivery Note, Delivery Note Delivered Rows, Packing List, and Service Report * .(These forms are included in the supplement called Service Management.)
