Tags

You can add tags to additional texts on forms or e-mail messages. The tags are used as variables of information entered on each reference. This is useful to be able to create a variable signature including personal information. The information is loaded to the additional text on the form/e-mail message from Our reference and Your reference in the header on the form. In the comprehensive invoice, comprehensive pro forma invoice and comprehensive delivery note, it is the first reference found on the incorporated orders that will be loaded.

You can use the following tags for the information about the reference:

If you place the cursor over the speech bubble , to the right of the entry field, you will find a micro help in a so-called tooltip regarding the available tags.

The tags can be used on both regular forms and Crystal Reports forms.

Please note that <sig> and <sig_large> for signature image and large signature image should be entered on a separate text row. Signature images can only be used in additional texts on forms, not in additional texts in e-mail messages. A path to the signature image must also be entered on the reference under the References tab in the Company Info procedure, in order for it to be printed on the form. The tag <sig> requires 2 text rows. The tag <sig_large> requires 4 text rows.
