User Info

If the user has not yet been registered in the EIM database you will see the text Not registered! in red to the right of the user name.

• User - here the user name is displayed. This field can not be changed. It displays the logon name for the user in the MONITOR-database.
• Signer code - here you enter the user's signer code. The signer code must be registered in the Company Info in the Global Settings module.
• Authorized to change authorization order - by checking this setting the user gets permission to alter the authorization order for an invoice when it is sent via an authorization list.
• Company - here you can see the different companies that the user has been registered in.
