Service Management in MONITOR Mobile
Delegated service work items are shown in the technician's job queue. The queue can be shown per customer order row or per operation on the manufacturing order. They can also see the service work items that have not been delegated and select such a work.
The technicians can see and report their service work in a list in the application. From this list he/she can start the service and thereby start registering time. In addition to time registration, they can also report material and travel, enter comments, and link images to a service. The technician can report meter reading, running time and cycles.
All service related tasks are easily reported in the mobile application. When reporting service tasks in the mobile application this is made in direct connection with MONITOR and then a summary will be made, an invoice basis will be created, stock balances will be updated, and images and signatures will be saved to the order and serial number.

MONITOR Mobile is available for smart phones and tablet computers with the operating systems iOS and Android. In order to use MONITOR Mobile you need an Internet connection, version 8.2 or later of MONITOR, a separate software on your database server as well as a web server (IIS).
