Example of Processing Codes for Turning
Here we will describe the input that should be entered to calculate the processing during turning (also see the input image in Time Calculation as well as drawing 56893 below).
- Enter common input, see position 1, row 1.
- Enter cutting K if the piece is cut prior to turning, see row 2.
- Enter SG turning global input (new operation), see row 3.
- Enter S for leveling end surface, see row 4.
- Enter the surface input using D=40, see row 5.
- Enter the surface input using D=20 h8, see row 6.
- Enter the surface input using D=10, prior to threading, see row 7.
- Enter threading M10 in turning, see row 8.
- Enter the input for "grooves", see row 9.
- Enter the input for the drilled hole, see row 10.
- Enter "leveling end surface", see row 11.
Please Note! If the piece is run at two or more paces, you should enter SG for each new speed that is started. The term "pace" means that the piece is placed in a pallet or something similar, after one working pace has been completed. Please note that you can also vary the order between the rows. In other words, the rows for the same operation must not always be entered in the same order as the processes are carried out.
