The Messages Tab

This tab is used to link an additional text message to a specific operation within a specific order. This message can then be read and updated by the operators in the Recording Terminal, when starting and finishing the operation. Here you can:

• Select Add message under the Info menu to link a message to the selected operation. The tab then opens automatically and you can write a message.
• Select Save to save the message. If not, a question will automatically appear:

  

  The question that appears regarding whether or not to save the message.

• Use the Delete message button to delete the message.

The tab is “greyed out” for all operations that do not have a message.
