Using machine integration
This setting determines whether or not the employee number shall be linked to the machine integration. You can select one of the following alternatives:

- Machine - this selection will take up one machine license.
- Machine - member in Line - this selection will take up one machine license. The same fields will be inactivated as for the alternative Line - member described below.
- Line - this selection will take up one Line license.
- Line - member - this selection will not take up a Line license. However, you will have the same options as for the alternative Machine.
Please note that users who use the machine integration cannot use the procedures Recording Terminal and Group Recording.
Linked to work center
Here you choose to which work center the machine shall be linked.
Please note! Each machine included in the machine integration must be linked to a work center. The machine shall have its own unique work center. You cannot select the same work center for another employee number.
Report arrival
Check this box if the arrival to the terminal for acknowledgment of stops shall be reported for this machine. The purpose is to measure the time from stop to action, that is, the time it takes for the operator to get to the machine to resolve the stop.
Time interval for loading to order (minutes)
Here you enter a default interval for loading to order. This interval determines how often the order in the company database in MONITOR (for example 001) shall be synchronized with the machine's reporting on the order in the company's machine database (for example MM_001). The default interval is 30 minutes.
Report quantity when full pallet is manufactured
If you activate this setting, an automatic reporting will be made when the machine has manufactured a full pallet. You activate this setting if you have set 0 minutes as synchronization time in the setting mentioned above. This means that no automatic synchronization will be made.
Machine unique time for short stops (minutes)
Here you enter the excepted stop with a figure value in minutes. Two decimals will be displayed but you can enter up to six decimals. If you enter a value here, this value will override the value entered in the setting Time limit for short stops (minutes) under Machine Integration under the Workshop Info tab in the Settings procedure.
Machine unique code for short stops
Here you select the indirect code that you want to use during short stops for this machine. If you select an indirect code here, this will override the indirect code entered in the setting Indirect code for short stops under Machine Integration under the Workshop Info tab in the Settings procedure.
Machine unique code when running without order
Here you select a machine unique code that shall be used when running the machine without an order. This is used for Line.
Report pieces at end setup
If you activate this setting, the operator will be able to report finished pieces manually when ending setup.
Default reject code
Here you select a reject code that shall be set by default when reporting pieces when the setup is ended. Only rejection codes marked with Setup in MONITOR will be shown. If the setup is ended and you have a default reject code but you have not activated the setting called Suggest rest as rejection, this code will be filled in automatically when you enter a reject quantity. If you do not have a default reject code you can instead select one of the reject codes that are marked with Setup.
Suggest rest as rejection
If you activate this setting the rest quantity will automatically be set according to the reject quantity.
Lock possibility to manually change rejection
If you activate this setting you cannot change the reject quantity manually.
Start setup time automatically when loading a new order
If you activate this setting the machine will automatically be put in setup mode when a new order is loaded to the machine.
Check setup when loading new order
If you activate this setting a check is made to see if setup has been reported before on the loaded order. If not, this warning text appears Setup has not been performed on order.
