Case list
In this procedure you can see a list of all the cases that are registered (in the current warehouse, if the Warehouse option is being used).
Tap on a case to open it and view all the information available. You’ll then come to the Main page in the case, where you can see the information. Read more about Main below.
When opening a case, you’ll see buttons at the bottom of the page for navigation between the pages Action, Comments, Main and Activities in the case (see image).
When you have a case open, under the menu button
you can select Edit
in order to change the information on the relevant page in the case (does not apply to the Activities page). In the dialog shown, you can change and add information. Tap Save in the dialog box to save the changes.
On the Main page, you can see and change information in the case header.
On the Actions page you can view and change information for Return, Confirmed rejection and Cause of nonconformity in the case.
On the Comments page, you can see and change the Internal and External comments in the case.
The Activities page shows all the activities in the case. You can change an activity's Status, Reported time and Comment. To change this information, tap the activity and make changes in the dialog which opens. Tap Save in the dialog box to save the changes.
