Layout profiles
Found under the Settings menu, Layout profiles allows you to control which fields are displayed for a procedure on the screen.
When opening Layout profiles, the profiles that have been created are shown on the first page. You can open them by tapping the name.
To create a new profile, tap New profile.
On the next page, enter a Name for the profile and specify the Roles, Groups, or Users for which the profile will be used.
Tap Add configuration to add a procedure configuration in the profile. At present, Recording terminal and Report arrival can be added.
When you have added the procedure, tap the procedure name under Configurations in the profile in order to specify which fields will be shown.
For Recording terminal, you can configure which fields will be shown in the Start work, Work in progress, Work in progress – Info, Start work – Info, Stop work, and Stop work – Info sections. You choose which headings and fields will be shown in each section. Fields can be added as well as deleted.
In the selection list with field, there is a field ("-") which can be used as a separator between two fields you have added in the section. The Comment and Cause comment fields are both with and without dialogs. With no dialog, comments are shown as unformatted text.
For Report arrival, you can configure which fields will be shown in the Buy material, Stock order, Subcontract, and Info sections. In the same way as for Recording terminal, choose the headings and fields to be shown in each section.
At the foot of the page, you can close the section page and configuration page by tapping Ok. When you show a configuration page, the configuration can be deleted by tapping the Delete button. When you show a profile page, the profile can be saved by tapping the Save button. Tap the More... button, with the option to Save as... if you want to save a copy of the profile as a new profile, or tap Delete to delete the profile.
Permissions for access to layout profiles can be set in the Users procedure in the Windows client.
