Part list
In this procedure there is a list with information about parts. It is also possible to update different information on parts.
If you tap Tags in the top-right corner of the list, a dialog opens which shows the tags saved for the parts. You can select a tag to filter the part list by. You can also search for a tag in order to select it. Close the dialog box by tapping Close, and the part list will be filtered by the selected tag. If a tag is selected, this is indicated on the button in brackets, and the button is shown in blue. The number of selected tags is shown in brackets, which indicates that the part list is filtered on one or more tags. You can remove a selected tag by tapping on it, and you can remove all selected tags by tapping the Clear button in the dialog. The part list is then reset.
There is a search field above the part list where you can perform exact match searches in order to find parts. You can perform exact match searches by part number, name, part type, and status.
Under the list at the bottom of the page you can navigate between pages in the list, or choose a certain page in the list.
You can open a part by tapping it in the list. You’ll then come to the Main page for the part, where you can see the part’s information. Read more about Main below.
When opening a part you’ll see buttons at the bottom of the page for navigation between the pages Purchase, Sales, Main, Stock, Activities and Statistics for the part (see image).

On the Main page there is a menu button with which you can Edit the information in the header of the part. There are also options here to open the part in the relevant procedures Stock count, Direct withdrawal, Move stock balance and Stock transaction log.
Tap the Planning window button to open the part’s planning window. You see rows with the order number, order date, balance change, and disposable balance. Positive balance changes and positive disposable balances are shown in green. Negative balance changes and negative disposable balances are shown in red. Tap on a row with an order number to view more information about the order, based on the type of order in the row.
Tap the Documents button to see different linked documents and comments for the the part. These are linked documents and comments saved under the different tabs in the Part register procedure in the Windows client.
You can also add and remove tags for the part by tapping Tags, which opens a dialog box where you can search for and select tags. You can also add brand new tags in the dialog by tapping beside the search field. When you have finished, save the tags for the part by tapping Save.

On the Purchase page you can see supplier links for the part, with information on the supplier price, setup price and valid through date. For more information about a link, tap a supplier link.

On the Sales page you can see customer links for the part, with information on the customer price, setup price and valid through date. By tapping a customer link, you can see more information on the link, as well as a link on the customer name, which opens the customer in the Customer list procedure.
Price lists for the part are also shown on the page. Tap on a price list to show further information about the list.
You can also see the quotes in which the part belongs to a quote row for a customer. Only quotes with the status 1 (Registered), 2 (Printed), and 7 (Partial order) are shown. However, quotes that are finished (status 6), become orders (status 9), or become orders via related quotes (status 8) are not shown.
Tap on a quote in order to show more information about the quote. Here you can tap a link on the quote number in order to preview the quote document. A link on the customer name opens the customer in Customer list.

On the Stock page you’ll see locations for the part, with information on the current balance, last arrival date, priority, and warehouse (if the Warehouse option is used). By tapping on a location you’ll see more information about the location, and can set the following: Exclude balance, Pick location and Arrival location. If you enter the pick location you can also enter a Pick location, reorder point.
On this page you can also set Stock update and Random stock location for the part. You can also activate Stock count request if a stock count needs to be done for the part.

The Activities page shows information about the activities on the part. Activities which have been started, and not started, are shown here. Finished activities are not shown.

The Statistics page shows sales and purchase statistics for the part. You can also see the stock transaction log, with information on the transaction date, balance changes and the current balance for the part.
