The Calendar View Tab

In the Calendar view you can see each respective service technician's planned work. Service tasks without a selected service technician will be gathered on one row. Service tasks without a selected technician can be planned, via the drag and drop function, with the correct technician taking the existing loading into consideration

The selection Coordinated pl. of operations/orders decides if the entire service task or only individual operations shall be affected by the planning. This only applies to loaded operations. The selection Travel time means that the travel time will be included in the loading. The travel time is selected by default. The zoom function decides how the time horizon will be displayed in the window.

Under the section Service technician you can see information about the service technician selected in the calendar. The Employment number, Name, Department, Service technician category, and Calendar number are shown here. By using the button you can see the technician's calendar list and schedule, provided that the technician is employed. For service tasks without a selected technician, no information will be shown.

You can replan when a service task shall be performed. This can be done by moving the service task in the calendar view.

This can also be made via the selection called Edit service which is accessed when right-clicking on a service task in the calendar view. There it is possible to change service technician and the time used.

If more than one technician has been selected for the service task, a symbol with the number of technicians and a plus sign are shown in the top right corner of the block.

At the bottom of the calendar view you will see the Capacity, Loading, Difference, Accumulated difference, as well as Lag and Horizon in hours. If the Travel time box has been checked, the loading will be divided into S (Sum) and T (Travel time).

In the Info menu, when right clicking, you will find alternatives in the calendar view used to link to other procedures. Under the Info menu you can select a date even when no service task has been selected.
