In the Standard list you can see the Part number, Name, Type, Part code, Product group, Weight, Volume, Quantity/package, Goods type and Packaging part number.

Here you can update the Weight, Volume, Quantity/package, Goods type, Packaging part number, Lead time to customer, Lead time quantity, Default label type, GS1 code and Packaging code.

The EU info list shows the same information as the Standard list, up to and including the Product group column. Then this list shows the Statistical number, Transport cost, Country of origin, and Value added code (VA-code) instead. The information in these fields will be printed on the Intrastat reports.

Here you can update the Statistical number, Transport cost, Country of origin, and Value added code (VA-code) fields.

The Customer links list shows all customer links for a part. The list shows a heading for each part containing the Customer code, Customer name, Price (to customer), Discount, Customer's part number, Comment and Lead time to customer. Otherwise the list shows the same information as the Standard list.

When classifying by Part number you can update the Price, Discount, Customer's part number, Comment, Valid through date, Lead time to customer, GS1 code and Packaging code. The same columns can be updated when classifying by Customer code except GS1 code and Packaging code that cannot be updated when using this classification.

In the Comments list you can see the same information as in the Standard list, but this list also shows any “Comments” that have been written using the “Comments” button under the Sales tab in the Update Part procedure.
