The Sales module in MONITOR contains procedures used for the sales processes in the system. It contains procedures used to manage customers, price lists, quotes (quotations or offers), customer orders and invoicing, to name a few.
The Sales module contains a number of sub-modules, under which you can find all the individual procedures. These are:

Here you will find procedures related to part sales and updating sales data for parts. There are also procedures used to obtain information regarding sales parts, such as statistics and Intrastat reports.
Customers
Here you will find procedures related to customers and customer sales data. There are also procedures used to obtain different customer information such as statistics etc.
Quotes
Here you will find procedures related to quote management.
Orders
Here you will find procedures that cover the entire order management.
Delivery
Here you will find procedures related to deliveries and shipments.
Invoicing
Here you will find procedures related to invoice management.

Service Management
Here you will find procedures related to service management, all the way from registration, planning and booking of available service resources to reporting of performed services. The Service Management is a supplement to MONITOR.
