Service Management

Using the Service Management in MONITOR the company can plan, perform, and report service engagements on their products (serial numbers). The service management supports warranty commitments, as well as urgent and planned service engagements. There is functionality for service engagements performed at the customer's location or at your own facilities, and service by your own personnel or by external suppliers/business partners. Using the mobile application called MONITOR Mobile it is possible for technicians working in the field to easily report their performed service tasks.

There is support for the block/notify function for parts, also when registering and reporting a service order. There is a separate number series for service orders and there is also a specific start page component.

The Service Management is a complement to the Sales module. A sub-module called Service Management will be added to the procedure menu and it contains a number of service related procedures.
