General Information about Print Service Report

This procedure is a part of the supplement Service Management.

What Does This Procedure Do?

In this procedure you print service reports after you have reported the service orders and the orders have status 7 (In progress) or 9 (Finished). The reports can either be printed in connection with the reporting in the Report Service Order or in this separate printout procedure. The order status will not change when approving the printout of the service report.

If the reported service order has been invoiced, you can print the service report by selecting Reprint. The invoice basis is used as the basis for the service report regardless of whether the service report is authorized or not. This procedure is the same as the Print Delivery Note (Delivered) procedure for customer orders.

In the Form Settings procedure in the Global Settings module, you can determine how you want the printouts to be handled. For example, you can decide how many copies of the document that should be printed each time by default. You can also select number of copies when the actual printout is made.

Here you can see a printout sample of the service report.

Managing the Window

The Search Form in this procedure consists of two portions. In many ways, this procedure functions in the same way as other form printout procedures, for example the Print Delivery Note (Delivered) procedure mentioned above.
