When you open the procedure, the Create tab first appears. In the upper part of the tab you select how to classify and select the list. There is a number of alternatives you can use to classify and select. (As a general rule, the list will display quicker if you classify by Part number or Name than if you classify by Part code or Product group.)
In the lower part of the tab you will find different list types to choose from. Here you select if you want to show the part's registered budget in the list. Read more about these list types under printout samples.
