Under E-mail you will see and update any e-mail addresses that have been registered for this supplier, as well as any comments.

Here you can select which type of e-mail sending shall be sent to the e-mail address.

You can select the following alternatives:

• Invoice/Reminder
• Order Confirmation
• Dispatch Advice

The default e-mail address for both order confirmation and dispatch advice is normally the reference's e-mail address. However, you can select another recipient for the order confirmation and dispatch advice, if you wish.

Here you enter the e-mail recipient for invoices and reminders.

If you double-click on the e-mail address, a new e-mail will be created for that address in an e-mail program selected by default.
