The Statistics tab contains all the customer information regarding budget and results. The tab is divided into three headings.
Under the first heading, Budget, you can register a budget for each customer. You can enter the annual total using either an even period distribution, or by manually entering the period budget amounts.
Under the second heading, Result, you can see how much this customer has been purchased from you during each period. You can also view the statistics in chart form by using the Show chart button. The fields under this heading are information fields that cannot be modified.
Under the Miscellaneous tab you can enter an alias for the customer. This alias is used for data mining of the customer to the MONITOR Business Intelligence.
Under the Modification log button you will see a log over modifications made for the customer.
At the bottom of the tab, the Info heading shows when the current customer was created and by whom. The fields under this heading are information fields that cannot be modified.
