Under the heading Delivery address you enter the customer's delivery address. The delivery address information is printed on waybills. When creating a new customer, all address rows from the mailing address are copied to the corresponding rows in the delivery address field.
Enter the customer's Name. This field contains the same name as the Customer name field by default. This is printed on delivery notes and shipping documents.
Enter the Street name or PO Box number. There are 2 rows containing 35 characters each. This is printed on delivery notes and shipping documents.
Enter the customer's Zip code and City. There are 2 rows containing 35 characters each. This is printed on delivery notes and shipping documents.
Enter the Country. There is 1 row containing 35 characters. This is printed on delivery notes and shipping documents.
Multiple Delivery Addresses
Under the button, or by using the F3 button, you can enter multiple delivery addresses for this customer. By using the buttons called Add or Delete, you can add additional delivery addresses or delete the selected delivery address.

The delivery address you entered first will be the current address. That is the address that the system suggests as the default delivery address the first time for quotes and customer orders. After that, the system will suggest the latest used delivery address for the next quote / customer order. The system will recognize the most recently selected delivery address for each user. You can select all the delivery addresses for companies, customers and suppliers when registering orders and quotes.
By using the Find... button, you can search for any optional text in the address. This will simplify searching for the right address to a customer that has a large number of registered delivery addresses.
All these addresses are saved using a unique address number in a joint or common address register.
Please Note! If you change the information on one address number of a customer, these changes will be applied to all the linked documents, such as a customer order where this address number is used. The exception is if you manually change the address directly on the order, in which case the changes will not be universally applied.
By using the button you can link to Google Maps in order to see the customer's address on a map.
Deleting a Delivery Address
Move the hand symbol to the delivery address that you want to delete and then click the address number that you want to delete or the hand. Then click Delete.
Please note! You cannot delete a current (active) address.
