If you want to use a different late payment fee percentage for a particular customer, you can enter a customer-specific percentage in the Late payment fee field.
If the value in this field is 0.00%, the general late payment fee applies. The general late payment fee is entered in the setting Late Payment Fee - General Percentage in %, under the section Interest Invoices under the Sales tab in the Settings procedure.
