Status
The following status alternatives exist for service orders:
- 0 Quote - This status can be set by default when registering orders. This is used if you are going to send a quote to the customer. Please note that this is not an actual or "real" order. You can print a service quote for service orders with status Quote. The Quote tab is activated when this status or status 8 is selected.
- 1 Registered - This status can be set by default when registering orders or when a quote is converted into an order.
- 2 Printed - This status is set when an order confirmation has been printed for the order.
- 5 Delegated - This status is set when an order confirmation has been printed and a service technician has been selected. You can also set status 5 manually if you have selected a service technician but no printout has been made. Service technicians can see service orders with status 5 or higher in their "run list".
- 6 Received - This status is set when an order has been reported as arrived. This applies only to service location In-factory.
- 7 In progress - This status is set when a service technician has started the order in the MONITOR Mobile. However, status 7 can also be set manually.
- 8 Closed quote - This status can be used when quotes with status 1 do not lead to actual orders. Please note that this is not an actual or "real" order. You can print the Service quote form.
- 9 Finished - This status is set when an order has been reported as performed/finished.
For new service orders the default status can be set to either 0 or 1. That is determined by the setting Default status on new service orders, under Service Order under the Sales tab in the Settings procedure.
