Availability

Under Availability you will see a text and background color describing each service technician's availability. The texts that can be shown are Available, Partially and Unavailable. The field is green when the availability is 100%. The field color will then shift in different nuances and finally turn red when the availability is 0%. By placing the cursor over the field you will see the service technician's availability in percent.

A saved service order will book the selected service technician/service technicians. An unsaved service order will reserve time to check the availability but no booking will be made until the order has been saved. Planned absence* will also affect the service technician's availability.

* Applies only to service technicians registered in the employee register in the Workshop Info module.
