The supplier's reference is loaded from the supplier register. The system loads the reference that is active or "current" (the one that appears first), but you can always select another reference for a particular inquiry. You can also enter any text you want. The information entered in this field will be printed under the heading Your reference on documents. The function Find-as-You-Type (FayT) is available in the PopUp feature for the Your reference field.
By using a button next to the reference you can view more information about the reference, such as phone number and e-mail address. The e-mail address and website are clickable links.
