Status

An inquiry always has a particular "status", depending at what stage the inquiry is in the system. The different status levels for inquiries are:

Once the inquiry is registered it is given status 1. When the inquiry is printed, it is given status 2. Status 3 is set manually to inquiries that have received a response. Status 6 is manually given to inquiries that are obsolete or fell through, for example if the quote that the inquiry was based on was lost. Status 9 is set automatically to those inquiries that are converted into orders. If you set status 9 to an inquiry that contains two or more sub-numbers, the other sub-numbers are automatically given status 8.
