If you for the setting Print transport label after arrival reporting? have selected the option Directly, a question will appear where you can select to print the transport label directly after saving the reporting under the Rows tab. This setting is found under Orders / Inquiries under the Purchase tab in the Settings procedure. If you have configured this setting to Via print tab instead, you execute the printout manually under the Transport label tab.
In the upper portion of this tab you will see all order rows for which you can print transport labels, based on the selection made for the heading Load from. The number of copies printed of the transport label will be calculated automatically based on the delivered quantity and quantity/package, but it can be modified. A transport label is printed for the selected rows (all rows are selected by default).
For Type you can select among the formats Transport label, Label and Small label. The transport label is in A4 format, the label is in A5 format and the small label has the format 76x49 mm (on rolls).
You can also select if you want to show Quantity per package on the transport label.
The transport label during arrival reporting shows the quantity selected for the part under Show in alternate unit under the Planning info tab in the Update Part - Inventory.
In the lower portion of the window you can preview the transport label for the selected order row and type.
