When the Arrival Reporting procedure's Order rows window is in the Add rows mode, you can see a button called Arrive at the very bottom of the window. If you click this button, you will execute the arrival reporting of the new rows.
All the new order rows that were added will be reported as finished (delivered in full) and highlighted in green. This window will then switch back to the regular Arrival Reporting mode.
