Structure List

In the structure list you will see the manufacturing and customer orders that will be affected by the delayed purchase order.

In the sample below, purchase order 491 is delayed by 5 work days which causes a delay of 4 work days for manufacturing order 50543. Customer order 50543 which is dependent on the manufacturing order 50543 will in turn be delayed by 2 work days.

This means that you must try to catch up, for example reduce the number of queue days and subcontract days, if any, to be able to deliver the customer order in time.

Nothing can be updated in the list, but you can check the box C. del. (confirmed delay) on purchase and manufacturing order rows. This can also be done on the order rows under the Create tab. When you save, this information is saved to the order.

Daily Pace / Consumption

In the sample below, the box Daily pace/consumption is checked under the Create tab.

The purchase order 492 is delayed by 2 work days which causes a definite shortage for part 101017 during the period 07224, that is 1 day before the new arrival period. The box Show consumption at next level is also checked under the Create tab. You will then see that the delayed arrival also affects the parts 0067-2 and 0023-2 in which this part is incorporated since these parts already will be below the reorder point at 07215 and 07223 and it will create a requirement (EOQ) of 250 and 300 pieces.
