Here you can select additional viewing alternatives for the order list.
Arrived Rows
This option will include all the order rows that have been arrival reported in full.
Row Type 4, Additional Text
This option will also show the additional text rows that have been entered on the order. This alternative is only available if you select the Standard list and classify by Order number.
Row Type 6
Row type 6 can be displayed in the Standard list.
Decimals on Quantity
You will see the ordered quantity with the number of decimals that were entered on the order row. However, the total ordered quantity is always rounded off to the nearest 2 decimals. This alternative exists only in the Standard and Dispatch advice lists.
Currencies
This option will show the order rows' amount in the currency registered for the supplier. The system will also create a total sum of all the currencies that appear in the list, at the very bottom. This alternative is only available if you select the Standard list and classify by Order number.
Convert to Today's Rate
If the foreign currency is shown on the order rows, the currency will be converted to today's rate entered in the Currencies procedure in the Global Settings. This alternative is not available in the Dispatch advice list.
Only Confirmed as Delayed
Here you will only see the purchase orders that are confirmed as delayed. This alternative is only available if you select the Standard list and classify by Order number.
Reported Advices
When selecting the list type Advised you can choose to include already arrival reported order rows with advised quantities.
Position Number
If you select this alternative you will see the position number on order rows in the list. This alternative is only available if you select the Standard list, classify by Order number and deselect the alternative Currencies.
Only Delayed Advices
Here you will see only delayed advices. This option is only available for list type Not advised.
Only Orders with Transport Time
Here you will see only orders with a registered transport time. This option is only available for list type Not advised.
