When the Agent Server is run as a service, a number of events are logged such as start, stop and registration of the Agent Server and also if any technical difficulties occur. You can see these events in the Event Viewer (under Administrative Tools in the Control Panel in Windows). This can be useful when troubleshooting the Agent Server.
