In the upper part of the Create tab you decide how to select the list. There are several different selection options.
In the lower part of the tab, under Show..., there are settings that determine whether only parts with an available balance below reorder point on location will be included and also if all buffer location should be included. Under Part types you can choose which part types you want to include in the list.
Under Printout samples, you can see a sample of the list with comments.
