This column is visible if you have activated the global setting to use the reference field in this procedure (unplanned stock movement).
If so, you enter a reference here for the return/arrival. For example, you can enter an order number or a charge number. The entered reference is saved as an order number in the inventory log.
Multiple Stock Locations
For parts with traceability the entered reference will be suggested as batch number on the location in the multiple stock location window that is opened in the Arrival field, but it can be changed. If you have not activated the system setting to use references during unplanned stock movements, the batch number is always entered in the window for multiple stock locations.
